STATEMENT-The machine can convert their huge amount of scarp into compact pieces of papers which consume less space and can be stored in a corner thus saving up space for new materials. with only 15 minutes of running time you can crush all the days wastage. Crushed paper cups can be more easily processed and recycled. The machine prepares the material for further recycling, allowing for better recovery of paper fibers.

SOLUTION -It is difficult to crush paper cups manually. A paper cup crusher can process a large number of cups in a short amount of time, significantly faster than manual crushing. This is especially beneficial in high-volume settings like cafes and events. Automating the crushing process reduces the need for manual labor, allowing staff to focus on other important tasks. This can lead to cost savings in labor expenses.

WORKING-Our paper cup crusher is not fully manually handled. It can be run by the programming by using a ESP-32 board, So it can intaite or crush the paper cups automatically and efficiently

  1. Feed Mechanism:

• The process begins when used paper cups are fed into the machine through a designated inlet. The design may include a hopper or chute to guide the cups into the crushing chamber.

  1. Rack and Pinion Mechanism:

The core of the crushing action is the rack and pinion mechanism. This system consists of two primary components:

Rack: A linear gear that is fixed in place.

Pinion: A circular gear that mashes with the rack.

As the pinion rotates (typically driven by an electric motor), it moves along the rack. This movement converts rotational motion into linear motion, pushing a crushing plate or ram forward.

  1. Crushing Action:

The forward movement of the crushing plate applies pressure on the paper cups. The design of the crushing chamber is such that as the cups are compressed, they are crushed into smaller pieces. The design of the crushing chamber is such that as the cups are compressed, they are crushed into smaller pieces. The geometry of the chamber can help in efficiently breaking down the cups.

  1. Material Discharge:

Once the cups are crushed, the smaller pieces can fall through an opening or chute at the bottom of the machine, allowing for easy collection or further processing. 5. Control System:

• Many modern machines are equipped with control systems that allow operators to adjust parameters such as crushing speed and pressure. Safety features, such as emergency stops and overload protection, are also common.
