DESIGINE AND WORKING OF COOKIE MOULD MAKER

INTRODUCTION

The pneumatic paper cup / butter paper/ foam making process is used to give different shapes and to the faster production rate. The principle of operation is the same as the conventional simple press. The difference is only in the type of drive and the type of drive and the type of fixtures used . The following points reveals why we have to make use of this type of press.

Working

In the first part the DC motor is connected to the piston rods and the piston rods is connected to the piston. In the second part the Stepper motor is connected to the mould rods and the mould rods is connected to the top end side of the mould, and bottom side of the mould is connected with rotating screw

Paper is inserted manually on the mould. After Turning on the DC motor, the piston rods push the piston towards the mould and pulls the piston away from the mould, this pattern continues after a hold for certain seconds and mould the paper into product. On the second part, the mould opens up and push the product back, where the conveyor belt takes the product out of the machine through pully mechanism.
