What is a mould making machine?

It is a machine for manufacturing the cookie moulds for various application in baking.

Mechanism

The general structure of mould making machine is composed of three stages.They are:

1.The first stage : Mainly finishes transmission of sidewall paper, shaping side-wall and transferring them to the second stage.

2.The second stage: Here the shaping of mould takes place.Trasmission of the mould-bottom paper,shaping mould bottom, joining the shaped side-wall and mould bottom,automatic trasmission and discharging the shaped mould,and curling the shaped mould's edge.

3.The thrid stage : the formed mould with specific shape is separated from the mould making machine in a separate container.

Basically, the mould making machine is used in large scales as an application in baking and other food industries.It acts as a container which can hold the baked cookie,small muffins etc.
