PROBLEM IDENTIFIED ,OVERVIEW OF THE SOLUTION AND FUTURE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT :

The main objective of this project is to implement a bar bending machine which is useful in construction sites with less cost and also to increase the productivity level.Bending bars manually requires a lot of human effort and is a time-consuming process.Suppose if it is done manually there will not be any accuracy{dimensions,angle,shape} in making it. The machine to be capable of automatic feeding and bending the rods in less duration of time which contributes to higher production rate and reduces human effort,thereby bending the supplied rods into required shapes with required angles. This bot should be capable enough of producing the required dimensions for it should be used in construction and manufacturing purposes. This system consist of actuators like stepper motor, micro-controller like Aurdino Mega 2560,frame as major components. stepper motors are used to feed the wire into the bending unit through the rollers. Stepper motor is also used to bend the wire. Micro-controller to control the machine. This mechanism of bending leaves a big impact on manufacturing industries for using it in various ways like for producing the various shapes with bars used for designing,planning,shaping,construction and many other activities which requires stronger and harder core material in building it.
