Problem definition V1.1

Bar bending bot which must be safe to use, utilizes less time, automatic, less cost and easy to use.

Constraints:

  1. Cost of the machine should be less than 5000 rupees.
  2. Should bend in square, rectangle .
  3. It should bend wire of diameter 1 to 6mm.
  4. It should bend the wire of length of max 5 feet.
  5. It must be capable of bending 10 wire in 5 minutes.
  6. Should bend angle less than 120 degree.

Problem definition V1.2

The cost of the machine should be less than 5000 rupees. It should bend in specific 2D design.it must be capable of bending the wire of length 5 feet and width 6mm.it must also bend 10 wires in 5 minutes and it must bend in angle less than 120.

Functions:

  1. Bending the wire.
  2. It should be able to feed the wire. ****3. It should bend the wire in square (side=3cm), rectangle (length=4cm, breadth=2cm) .
  3. Notification feature.
  4. The wire must be fed manually.
