* Abstract
According to the need statement we are asked to build a Bar Bending Bot .Bar bending is very important in construction site .SO we the are building a bar bending machine named "GIKA32" which aims to bend the bar with less effort which can reduce the time and human effort.Bar bending is very crucial in construction site for reinforced the building .There are some machines in the market which are bulky and very costly .
The main objective of this project is to implement a bar bending machine in construction sites with less cost to existing machine and also to increase the productivity level. This system consist of actuators like DC geared motors, stepper motor, micro-controller like aurdino mega 2560,wooden frame. DC motors are used to feed the wire into the bending unit through the rollers. Stepper motor is used to bend the wire. Micro-controller to control the machine.
