Abstract

The problem given to us was to simplify the use of musical instruments .Piano being an interesting instrument , we decided to make a musical bot for it . In the beginning we had major doubts to as how many tunes to be played , the type of motor to be used and soo much more . As time progressed we learnt soo many things in soo many aspects . And finally we could construct a solution keeping in mind the constraints and the functionality of the bot. We decided that it should play four tunes , should have a sliding mechanism to control the linear motion and a pressing mechanism to press the keys and servo motors for the precision.

The future hold great scope for this project as , now this instrument can a played by anyone without actually having to learn it and the most important thing is , it is cost efficient and user friendly .
