PROBLEM DEFINITION VERSION 1.2: Design a welcome bot ,which is able to welcome and offer the flower to guest, it should be portable and user-friendly .Bot must not exceed the volume of 1 cubic feet, should be able to offer the flower when visitor arrives.The budget should not exceed Rs.3000, it should work for minimum 3 hours continuously.
ESTABLISH FUNCTION
