The design of Automatic cup dispenser involves developing a affordable, stable machine that releases one clean disposable cup at a time without hand contact. It aims to save time, reduce cup wastage, and release a cup when a button is pressed or a sensor detects a hand from 8-10 cm, while suiting use on a table near a water source. To achieve this, it must provide a strong and balanced base, dispense only one cup at a time using a cup separation mechanism, guide the cups properly to prevent jamming, and be controlled by an ESP32 microcontroller. The design is limited to standard disposable paper or plastic cups of one fixed size with a 5 cm diameter, a storage capacity of 15-20 cups, smooth contact surfaces to protect the cups, and a budget of 5000.
