As a big market company, we want reliable Internet connection to all sites so that we can manage transactions.
Preinformation
- The company is starting it's business, and it is building new shopping centers around a country, and they all need also Internet accesses.
Use case description
- A customer is looking for network solution to new shopping centers around the country.
- The customer sees advertisement in Internet and e-mail address to contact.
- The customer and customer service negotiate by changing e-mails.
- An operator sends a specialist to sites to sketch places.
- The operator makes a proposition about the solution and an offer to the customer.
- If the customer accepts, contract is going to be signed.
