- Performance review
- Use more resources like professors
- Create a structure for software (instead of letting everyone do whatever)
- More communication
- Try and finish before summer
- Subteams were waiting for other subteams
- Team guidelines
- Have to attend a percentage of meetings
- Let us know if they can't attend a meeting
- Give them incentives?
- Discuss CoC (Council of Captains) requirements

- Complete CAD of every part
- Design for new module and open frame
- Full assembly
- Electrical:
- Diagram for system architecture (map out all modules, communication with mini PC, etc.)
- Speed control and motor design with model#(multisim)
- Software:
- Proof of concept scripts
- Full system architecture diagram
- Map out functionality of all modules
- Discuss tasks for new recruits
- Electrical: debug Arduino to motor controller
- Software: debug Arduino to motor controller code, discuss system architecture, mini project (implement table edge detection using webcam and OpenCV)
- Mechanical: discuss new design for the frame, CAD

- went over and updated subsystem dependency flowchart
- decided not to use LIDAR (yet)
- created list of basic tasks for new recruits
- find emails for list of potential sponsors
- meeting day will be on Sundays (starting Oct 8)
- next meeting will be October 2nd (no new recruits yet)
- Billy will be team co-lead and electrical sublead
- we will do team bonding with new recruits
- electrical team wants to design custom boards
- we will meet on Monday, October 2nd to finish planning tasks for the new recruits
- regular meetings with new recruits will start Sunday, October 8 at ???
