Working in trenchbroom there are grids that you can work in when building your levels which can affect the spacing and how you build out your levels. I'm working in Grid 16 which will stay that way through this whole map project.
Minimum pathwidth - 2 Quake Units- 3 is better though
Half cover height - 2 Quake Units
Full cover height - 4 Quakes Units
Easy jump height - 1 Quake Unit
Max jump height - 3 Quake Units
Easy jump length - 1 Quake Unit
Hard jump length - 3 Quake Units
