• Almost got LoRa done
• Both redesigns are done
• Team work and good communication

3. What Could Be Improved?

• Having someone able to work on both sides and help out
• Using own branches

• Make Dev branch
• Use Milestones
• Keep on top of Kanban

• Individual progress has been made
• Difficulties have been addressed

2. What Went Well?

• Communication is going well
• LoRa is on track to be finished
• Research has been going well
• Fixing the Wiki

3. What Could Be Improved?

• Drop active issues into the teams chat so people can contribute more
• Document things that aren't going well so people can help and we don't run into the same problems in the future
• Changing focus has been taking up time
• We need to look at scope of issues before taking them on

4. Action Items

• Start working on codebase
• Hopefully make a start with hardware
• Next sprint starts in term 2
