"Real-Time" is a nonprofit organization that aims to integrate teenagers at risk into the job market, taking into consideration their special needs.
Most of those teenagers have difficulty to maintain a job that requires them to work on a daily basis, so the purpose of our website is to connect them to employers who are looking for short-term employees.
