7/18 - Kick Off Meeting

Roles were assigned per the Roles & Responsibilities page. Initial action items were identified as follows:

1. Compile survey to poll potential voters (Ryan)

• Let’s use SurveyMonkey as the tool (since it’s free).
• Currently roadblocked waiting to see the data available (GitHub still throwing 404’s)

2. Layout process for data entry (Clare)

• Google Sheets?

3. Finalize tech stack

• Clare and Alex to perform a skills audit to determine best path based on what we know how to do.

4. Setup Project Wiki and Task Board (Tom)

• Are we going to use GitHub?
