How can we decentralize the above and outreach more broadly?

• maybe gamify somehow?
• each week we mint something for the outreach squad that achieved for example:
  • scheduling a meeting w/ a ODC supporter like a hackathon sponsor
  • confirmed participation in anything by a supporter
  • submitted a proposal
• epowell - set up gmail for those that want it @opendatacommunity.org -> EP currently paying personally for it $14 / month, may expense in future
