For this meeting, I'd like to suggest the following agenda:
- Quick overview of ETH Denver (5 min)
- Gitcoin retreats
- Discussions with existing and new potential partners
- Twitter Spaces
- Exhausting & energizing
- Immediate priorities
Prepare for next hackathon Secure founding partner support
Immediate:
- Follow-ups
- side note - this means following up with 20-25 contacts & having discussions with the 10-12 that want to meet
- Schedule Twitter spaces
- Work on design for Regen Rangers
- Hackathon write up
- Simple diagram of two "pipelines"
- Project pipeline
- People pipeline can we NOT put action items into Miro? Let's try to use Issues and/or wiki again
- Medium-term:
- Apply to partners for grant funding - either as ODC or as leading Sandbox project - or both
- Solidify relationships with already motivated partners like POKT and Ocean
- Ocean - a number of follow-up items - meeting them Thursday again
- POKT - we might want to earn governance rights within POKT itself
- also will be running by them asap the hackathon description
- Find >1 new partners while scheduling Twitter spaces
- Solidify positioning with Gitcoin as a provider of useful
- software utilities:
- Sybil scoring
- Grant scoring
- Regen Rangers:
- helping internal and external grants operators with data science
- software utilities:
- Interview stakeholders on other areas requiring data science such as:
- marketers: finding airdrop farmers
- buy side: wash trading
- Related organization development:
- Professional services for Grants round implementation - software integration ++
- Open[GOVERNMENT] Data
- Our own governance
- Possibly similar to POKT - earn status
- EP perspective:
- we have a few MUST have deliverables asap
- we have begun to identify strategic gaps in the broader web3 that must be filled
- the faster we show progress the more resources we will find which will improve our ability to execute and so on
- LFG
