• Requesting additions to the sandbox project suggestions before the vote
• Getting ready for the voting on proposed sandbox projects
• conveying a message to make indications about potential outreach projects
• Setup for async work on the results from the voting

Summary of action items and next steps

• The ODC members present were encouraged to add projects they wanted to see to the list of suggested sandbox projects; submissions must be made by Monday before voting takes place.

• Voting will take place on forms, which will be set up by Gray and Boaki and distributed on Monday in preparation for the weekly meeting on Tuesday.

• To give projects advance notice of any potential outreach should they be chosen from the sandbox voting process, a message will be posted on the Discord general channel.

• Following the voting and results presentation, projects that are willing to participate will be contacted.
