Opportunities and ideas:

Offer to perform meta governance supporting OpenData across many communities (from a supporter at POKT)
- maybe we could ask to have resources delegated to us as well which in some cases via staking could generate return

Create an OpenData chain consisting of many nodes running archive & TrueBlocks & perhaps Ceramic and other (being discussed within Gitcoin)
- where the high-value performers in the chain initially are simply rewarded through for example Hypercerts & retroactive funding
