• short term, by this coming Monday to get done: blog post that compliments the slidedeck for Denver communication of ODC strategy
• create draft intake form and start commitment documents for review
• Next month: sandbox design and, implementation, onboarding first projects, planning for April hackathon
• By May: funding for at least 3 staff, ODC projects, operational sandbox projects, successful April hackathon, planning for next hackathon
