    • Passport scorer experience improvements
    • New API endpoint to make the full stamp available coming soon Alpha Round:
    • Alpha round finalized
    • ~8.9k/30k “high trust”
    • Passport has good early results, but we did see a significant portion of known sybils able to earn a sufficient score (~77% passing where passport was attempted)
    • Way forward: increased attention to grantee trust scores and the application process
    • Also emphasis on having an inhouse infrastructure for data
    • Potential GCPs
      • Open Data Community - $100k - 250k depending on other founding members

  • Founding of a professional services organization

    • aligned with but not part of ODC - also aligned with PGF from Gitcoin (they can program manage rounds)
    • seeking fellow founders
    • expectations for founding team: X hours (minutes) a week; ownership of activities; successful execution
    • priorities can include:
      • crystalize positioning & vision / mission / beachhead (scope of focus) & simple 36 month plan
      • % to overhead vs. billable rates of team members; fixed priced engagements? ; cash vs. token compensation
