- Location: Seattle Public Library, Central Branch
- Day and Time: September 9, 2017; 10:30 am – 1:00pm
- Duration: 2.5 hours (Intro. 30 min.); Breakout Sessions (45 min. each); Closing (30 min.)
- Number of Breakout Sessions: 2 (each with two tracks)
- Total Number of Presenters: 1 Keynote speaker, 3 session Leaders, 1 closing remarks speaker
- Number and Type of rooms required: : 2 rooms (1 computer lab for breakout sessions)
- Equipment Required:
- Instructor workstation
- Projector
- Lab with appropriate number of computers
- Supplemental laptops
