Understanding outcomes measurement for Open Data initiatives was an important first step in the planning process. Seattle Public Library wanted to know if their work on the Up and Running with Open Data events aided in meeting the goals outlined in Seattle's Open Data Policy. This guided the creation of the workshop survey.
