Forest is meant to provide an interface for managing project data. It is not meant specifically for editing content on the website.
The technologies underlying Forest do not fully support some of the more specific PostgreSQL features used by the project, and as such, Forest may potentially run into issues when fetching data under certain circumstances.
Unfortunately, the list of field editing widgets is currently somewhat limited and cannot be customized.
