In this case, an example for one peak is explained. It's also possible to use several peaks as internal standards. First of all, at least a peak detection and integration need to be performed on the chromatograms.

A) Define the internal standards (ISTD). It is also possible to define several internal standards per peak.

B) Run the quantitation via ISTD.

C) Review the results.
