Purpose

The goal of the app is to assist GM's and players during the runtime of a TTRPG. For now that means "vanilla" DnD (5e), and capabilities can be expanded later.

As a GM

• I want to manage encounter participant's (PC's and NPC's) statuses and turn order.
• I want to be able to record information about characters in the game and easily reference and modify that data during gameplay.
• I want to give players the ability to manage their own character information so that I am not overwhelmed with data entry tasks.
• I want to direct players when actions are required of them
• I want to be able to invite players to my "room" without hassle of sign-ups

As a Player

• I want to be able to join the GM's room easily
• I want to see up to date information about the state of the game
• I want to know when it is my turn
• I want to be able to covertly message the GM in case I have things secret from other players to discuss
• I want to record and reference information about my character, abilities, and attributes.
• I want a catalogue of information about the game such as information about NPCs I've met, places I've been, and other various things that are relevant to my character's in-game experience.
