The app uses the following data stores:
- Azure Storage Account
- The [TeamConfiguration] table stores details of team’s information where bot is installed.
- The [AdminDetail] table stores details of all the R&R Admin details.
- The [AwardDetail] table stores various awards created by R&R admin.
- The [RewardCycleDetail] table stores various rewards created by R&R admin.
- The [NominationDetail] table stores reward nomination, nominated by team members.
- The [EndorseDetail] table stores Endorse nomination, endorsed by team members.
- Azure Search service list item index
- Search service to query data related to nominations from Azure storage.
All these resources are created in your Azure subscription. None are hosted directly by Microsoft.

| IsRecurring | Represents the state of recurring. Integer value. 0 = No / 1 = Yes |
| RangeOfOccurrence | Represents the state of occurrence. Integer value. 0 = NoEndDate / 1 = End On Date / 2= End After Number of Occurrences |

| IsGroupNomination | Represents the state of group nomination. 0 = Yes / 1 = No |
| GroupName | Represents the unique id of each group nomination |
| AwardGranted | Represents the state if reward is granted by R&R admin. 0 = false / 1 = true |
