What is cost involved to deploy this template?

There is no cost involved to deploy this app template. The template leverages your Microsoft 365 subscription to power the Teams app and its corresponding data storage.

Can I edit a Survey once it is sent out?

Edit functionality of Survey is currently not supported. As a workaround, you can delete the sent-out Survey by clicking on “View Result” > “…” > “Delete Survey” and resend a new one.

What is the character limit for a Survey questions and choices?

• Character limit for Survey title is 240 characters.
• Character limit for a Survey MCQ, text question is 240 characters. And for a Survey answer, it is 360 characters.
• Allowed values for a Survey numeric question are 0- 999999999999999.

How many choices can be added for a Survey multiple choice question?

You can add as many as 10 choices to a multiple choice question. At least 2 choices are required while creating a multiple choice question.
