Here are some ideas in case if you want to extend Group Connect app:

Include basic ticketing support

• The bot response to a question asked by employees can contain a button that will enable employees to connect with champions or owners of a resource group
• The question is posted in the appropriate team in Teams corresponding to the ERG group
• The owners or champions can then triage the questions and answer them accordingly
• The response will be sent back to the employee in thier personal scope

Include reporting for derivable insights

• Include a PowerBI report pinned as a tab in a team which incudes leadership personnel to enable them to drive initiatives or programs based on the derived information

Include a module for ideation

• Extend the app to enable the users to share thier ideas related to employee groups
• Include a voting mechanism to bring out the best ideas driven by demand to the top of the list
