InternalEvents

Cette application recense les évènements internes qui ont lieu principalement entre 12h et 14h et dédiés au personnel d'une entreprise.

Les collaborateurs pourront assister à des évènements selon leurs centres d'intérêt (nouvelles technologies, parentalité, activités culturelles, ...), développer des compétences dans certains domaines.

Actuellement, certaines informations sont disponibles sur différents supports (réseau social interne, messages électroniques, affiches près des ascenseurs, téléviseurs présents dans les espaces de circulation, affichage informel).

Cette application permettra de centraliser tous ces types d'évènements proposés au sein d'une entreprise, de créer un évènement sur l'application, de récupérer les informations relatives à un évènement saisies sur le réseau social, d'être notifié d'un évènement correspondant à ses centres d'intérêt, d'ajouter un évènement dans son calendrier outlook, de le partager et de donner son avis sur l'évènement.

InternalEvents

This application lists internal events that take place mainly between noon and 2 p.m and dedicated to the staff of a company.

Employees will be able to attend events according to their areas of interest (new technologies, parenting, cultural activities, etc), and develop their skills.

Currently, information is available on various supports (internal social network, electronic messages, posters, televisions, informal display).

This application will centralize all these types of events offered within a company. Each user will be able to create an event on the application, to retrieve information relating to an event already input on the internal social network, to be notified of an event corresponding to his areas of interest, to add an event in his outlook calendar, to share it and to give her/his opinion on the event.
