Purpose

By following other users you can filter their posts on the post overview page and you get notified about their new posts.

Following a user

Click the Follow button on the user’s profile page. Now this user is listed on your profile page and you on his.

Unfollowing a user

Click the Following button on the user’s profile page. Now this user is unlisted from your profile page and you from his. Also, you will no longer get notified about their new posts.
