Argo cycle times (declared in metadata file)

This map is computed based on the declared information in the meta.nc file of the float when registered at OceanOPS. Since IRIDIUM communication allowing the re-configuration of the float during its mission, this map is likely to mislead the reader. For instance, many operator configure short first cycles to check the good functionning of the float and report this configuration in the meta file that is registered at OceanOPS. The change of configuration during the mission are not taken into account by this map.
