Relational functions relate_attr

The relate_attr is a deprecated name for the collect_attr_by_org_rel function.

It was used in the GeoDMS versions between 8.5.2 and 8.7.2.

We advise to rename this function to its new name: collect_attr_by_org_rel in your configurations.
