Recent Developments: MapView GUI Toolbar Changes

MapView Toolbar is trimmed by implementing the following mouse gestures:

• 1 click: Value info in LayerControl
• Double clicks: Value Info in DetailPage
• Draw rect from topleft to bottomright: ZoomIn
• Draw rect from bottomright to topleft: ZoomOut
