Brian - Working on articles and base model for Tibo's code.
Omar & Habib - Discussing methodology with our team, showing us where we can get the codes, create/join document & code repositories, going over other ideas on team exchanges, looking into Xolotl test cases.

Jay - Meeting with Barry later today, working on Mac support, fixing last reaction connectivity pieces, starting on dissociation connectivity.
Crystal - Starting on the UQ tutorials, getting accounts on the team dev box for UML modeling.

Jay - Testing fixed Jacobian for diffusion only, trying to finish up connectivity routines and remaining partial derivatives for the Jacobian.
Crystal - Getting set up on the dev box, starting on performance hooks modeling, finishing up UQ tutorials.
