Sophie - Drafting the APS-DDP article, working on the petscsolver branch with Danqing latest changes.
Ozgur - Reproducing Tibo's figures with different displacement threshold energy.

Ozgur - Trying the 80 eV threshold displacement energy with a factor of 1/3 to reproduce Tibo's results.
Sophie - Working on the ORAU final report and the APS-DPP draft.

Sophie - Working on the APS-DPP draft. Back-uping and transfering data.

Ozgur - Continuing on reproducing Tibo's results with 80 eV threshold displacement energy with a factor of 1/3. Thinking about possible solutions of the problem in UQ analysis on combined W100 and SRIM results of 100eV He range in tungsten.

Sophie - Working on the latest data Karl sent on GB. Writing some of the APS-DPP draft.
Ozgur - Trying the THDS spectrum with Xolotl desorption branch. Working on the monitor to do so.

Ozgur - Going on plotting the THDS spectrum with Xolotl desorption branch. Thinking about the reasons of the differences between the current results with Tibo's.

Sophie - Defining the modified trap-mutation at 933K from Lin's tables and running some examples.
Ozgur - Trying different cluster numbers to plot the THDS spectrum with Xolotl desorption branch.

Sophie - Working on Xolotl GB runs to compare to the latest data from Karl.
Ozgur - Continuing the runs with different cluster numbers with Xolotl desorption branch. Checking the Livingstone for future Xolotl runs.

Sophie - Working on the APS-DPP draft. Presenting at the UT group meeting.
Ozgur - Working on Livingstone to build Xolotl.

Sophie - Checking out the PGI compiler for Xolotl on Titan. Sending benchmark files in order to test a new grouping scheme. Working on the APS-DPP draft.
Ozgur - Working on Monitor1D in desorption branch of Xolotl. Starting to install the Xolotl dependendencies in Livingstone.

Ozgur - Reading more about RHEL classic. Installing it on a personal computer to get more familiar.
Sophie - Working on the helium segregation comparisons and thinking about the grouping scheme.

Sophie - Optimizing the creation of the DMDA like in the sectional branch. Working on an improved grouping scheme in the sectional branch.
Ozgur - Installing the latest versions of GMP, MPFR, and MPC libraries under my directory in Livingstone, and then installing GCC.

Sophie - Adding parts to APS-DPP draft. Checking the GB implementation.

Sophie - Working on the APS-DPP draft and comparing results with the grouping scheme implementation from Aaron.
Ozgur - Continuing on installation of Xolotl dependencies on Livingstone.

Sophie - Working on getting Xolotl results for the grouping scheme comparison with Aaron. Trying to install Xolotl on Titan with the provided PETSc.
Ozgur - Solving the problem with MPICH installation on Livingstone. Trying to complete the installation of Xolotl dependencies.

Sophie - Trying a 1D implementation of the G method in the sectional branch. Updating the note on how to install Xolotl on Eos/Titan.
Ozgur - Investigating the error in Xolotl - desorption branch built on Livingstone.
