Sophie - Comparing data from the dynamic grid branch. Working on diffusion and advection in the plsm branch.

Sophie - Working on the erosion with the dynamic grid branch and on diffusion and advection in the plsm branch.

Sophie - Fixing the tests in plsm branch. Looking at the boundary conditions for NE coupling.
