Sophie - Creating a script to extend the grid in the restart file, adding a solver status for the grid getting above the surface.

Sophie - Testing different options to improve convergence with heat equation. Looking at MOOSE examples to create a mesh.

Sophie - Testing the new PETSc branch. Working on the coupling branch with MOOSE to add a final time option at each step.

Sophie - Working on the Xolotl presentation for next week's NE meeting.

Sophie - Trying GB as free surface in 1D.

Sophie - Trying GB as free surface in 2D as a circle.
