Overview

After an app review is requested, the review is going through three steps of Waiting for Review, In Review, and Review Completed. You can cancel the app review request when the review status is waiting for review.

Please be sure that you must read and refer to ONE store App Review Guideline while building/registering your apps.

App Review Steps

App review consists of four steps of Cancel Review, Waiting for Review, In Review, and Review Completed. You can cancel the app review request when the review status is waiting for review

Request for Review

• After all information is submitted, [Request for Review] button at the top is activated. Request for Review at App Review indicates your request for review of your app.

Even when you request a review not at App Review, that request is moved to App Review.

• You cannot edit details of an app while the app is in review.
• Before requesting the review, You must check the supported devices and binary.

Cancel Review

• After requesting a review, you can cancel the request during our review period (in other words, before the app is reviewed in the SKP Review System).
• When you cancel the review request, the review status is changed to Waiting for Review to Review Completed.
• After you cancel the review request, you can edit App Info / Price / Binary / In-App.

Review Status

• You can view the app review result at Apps > My Applications > App Review

• You can view the app review result per binary.

• Review Status The review status is divided into four categories; “Cancel Review”, “Waiting for Review”, “In Review”, and “Review Completed”

Category	Description
Cancelled	You already cancelled your review request by clicking [Cancel Review] when the review status was ‘Requested’ or ‘Waiting for Review’.
Waiting for Review	You are waiting for our approval of the review request. This stage is just before the device operation is reviewed, and the maleficence of the app contents is verified by the SKP Review System.
In Review	At this stage, Signed system reviews the device operation, and verifies the maleficence of the app contents.
Review Completed	The review of an app is completed. You can check whether the app is approved or rejected.

• The review result

• The review result is ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected’. When the app is rejected, you can view why it is rejected at Review Result Details.
• The review result is displayed as ‘Rejected’ when even one binary is rejected out of more than two binaries.
• The review result is not displayed when the review is cancelled.

• Review History

• You can view a review history per app version at Review History
• ‘√ ‘indicates the latest version of an app.
• You can view the review result details by clicking a binary file name.

Option for Publishing Apps

When you request a review, you are offered three options for publishing apps.

Category	Description
To Be Published Immediately and Automatically	You can have an app to be published immediately and automatically once the app is approved.
Manually Publish	You can manually publish the app after the app is approved. You can change the publishing date and time.
Set the Date/Time to Publish	Once an app is approved, you can set the date/time to publish the app. The app is automatically published at the date/time you set. You can change the publishing date and time, or your option to ‘I want the app to be published immediately and automatically once the app is approved.’
