Inform Applicant
The Onboarding Officer needs to inform applicant about the orientation program.
Set Location
and Orientation On
to inform applicant, by the action Inform Applicant
it will send an email to the applicant with the details of orientation program.
Applicant Attended
When applicant attended the orientation program, The onboarding Officer will mark as Applicant Attended
by using the action.
It will update the details of attendance in Onboard Employee document
Work Contract
After marking Applicant Attended
, the Onboarding Officer will have an option to create Work Contract
.
On the Work Contract action it will create a work contract if the applicant informed and attended the orientation
Duty Commencement
The onboarding officer can create Duty Commencement
from Onboarding Employee
if the Work Contract
status is any of this "Applicant Signed", "Submitted to Legal", "Send to Authorised Signatory", "Awaiting Employee Received Copy" or "Completed".
Create Employee
The onboarding officer can create Employee
from the Onboard Employee record if the Duty Commencement status is "Applicant Signed and Uploaded" and there is no reference of employee in the Onboard Employee record.
Leave Policy, Reports To and Job Offer are mandatory to create Employee from Onboard Employee.
While creating employee user id and employee id creates automatically, if we configured in HR and Payroll Additional Settings.
If company email provided in the onboarding employee record, then it will be set to the employee.
On creation of employee it will check if the user id is created and marked in the Onboard Employee record as User Created
.
After Employee record creation from onboard employee record it will update the employee reference in onboard employee and duty commencement.
Create User
The Onboarding Officer can create User Id for the Employee referenced in the Onboard Employee record, if User Created
is not set.
Auto Create User from Employee record
User will be created right after the employee is created if we configured in HR and Payroll Additional Settings. If company email exist in employee record it will create user id with the company email, if not exist the company email system will create a user id with the employee id
Auto Create Employee Id and set to Employee record
Employee id in employee record will be created right after the employee is created if we configured in HR and Payroll Additional Settings.
