Xavier support for r36
- Haven’t tried anything with r39 yet. Might no longer be supported, especially in UEFI.

Tensorrt and libnvinfer-lean

- Had to put tensorrt-core in the depends and remove from the RDEPENDS, add tensorrt-core-lean in the RDEPENDS
- Tensorrt-lean strips out content for building the model files. Drops image from ~1.8G to 1G.
- Tensorrt-core libraries are now broken out by architecture.
