Element and Forum Updates

• Discussions around moving off of element
• Discord seems like a frontrunner
• Slack support for nonprofit or open source is not great.
• Element bought gitter, something appears to be broken with gitter authentication.
• Could update documentation to reference using matrix for authentication, this would be a good update if we do stick with element.
