36.4.3 issues with using a fused module.

• Ask if anyone has successfully used 36.4.3 on a secured module
• Get an overview of what has been changed in this area.
• Matt has a fused Nano 4G module which is working
• Didn’t test external signing with digsigserver but could sign during the build.
• Matt added a new recipe for using uefi-minimal, may want to make sure signing works with this.
• Verified that using full UEFI plus re-adding RCM boot change at https://github.com/NVIDIA/edk2-nvidia/commit/810cd17e44a1f40a0a15d9f64eb07b254ae99382 works.

Recent changes to linux-yocto in master, modularizing kernel configs

• One fix in https://github.com/OE4T/meta-tegra/pull/1918
• Userspace I2C tools require i2cdev. Eepromtool doesn’t use it.
• Might be a reason to stop using generic arm64 and getting our own config for NVIDIA. Khem has mentioned this previously. Kurt will look into this.
