    • OCFL Java - preparing for discussion lead by Scott; Did you fill out the Doodle Poll?
  2. Review outstanding PRs
    • #596. Can folks review and approve? We're waiting for @awoods to approve or for three days to go by. @rosy1280 will merge on monday.
    • #595. Can we merge this? Do we need to because of the above? We are closing, this will be addressed when #596 is merged.
    • #590. Can we close this and create a new one against the markdown? @zimeon to close and put in a ticket to be included in the 1.1 milestone.
    • #583. Needs review by editors. This will need updating because of the switch to markdown. @zimeon to request changes.

    • Are we ok with shipping 1.1 once we close the above tickets? YES!!
  4. Possible use cases from Fedora brainstorming activity?
    • Fedora engaged in a brainstorming activity and there were some potential use cases that OCFL might need to address or provide guidance on. How would we go about doing this?
    • Updated the use cases repository's readme to have the correct information.
    • Put something in the Fedora slack pointing them to use cases that they might be interested in and the repository overall. @rosy1280 to send to them.
  5. Conference timetables for next year; anything to submit for these?
    1. Open Repositories - Denver dates June 6-9 in Denver Colorado
    2. PASIG - June 10, 2022 (after OR) in Denver Colorado
      • presentation submitted based on NDSA presentation.
      • PASIG changed, Rosalyn won't be attending.
    3. IDCC - June 13 - 16, 2022
    4. iPres - Sept 12-16, 2022 in Scotland
    5. NDSA - October 12-13, 2022 in Baltimore, Maryland.

  • Simeon will move the spec and implementation notes to markdown
  • Rosy to draft a maintainer model for OCFL related code hosted in their repositories, should be based on Drupal's maintainer model

  • Rosalyn to add some of the documentation about implementations to the OCFL homepage
  • Andrew will upload older OCFL community videos to Zenodo
