   2. @awoods reports Harvard official cut-over from posix to S3+OCFL in early May
   3. @zimeon is working on a 1.1 branch of ocfp-py

   1. https://github.com/OCFL/spec/issues/571 - Needs review at next editors' meeting
   2. https://github.com/OCFL/spec/issues/565 - Fix now merged, but awaiting corresponding Storage Root Extension clarification made in https://github.com/OCFL/spec/issues/583
   3. https://github.com/OCFL/spec/issues/581 - We agree that there should be additional wording at the object and storage root level. Perhaps the easiest would be to add into E003 and E076 conditions, each the second sentence of the respective description.
