  4. Alpha Release Email.
    1. Review what we told the community we would do for v1.1
    2. When all the issues listed under the V1.1 milestone have been addressed, the updated (alpha) specification will be available for community review for a period of not less than one month. After the review period, feedback will be incorporated to produce a (beta) release-candidate specification. This will again be made available for review in a similar manner. Once the specification is considered stable, fixtures and validators will be updated to reflect the new specification before V1.1 is formally released. We aim to have V1.1 completed by the end of the year.
