1. extensions-16 - hashed truncated n-tuple tree storage hierarchy spec
2. extensions-17 - mutable head extension
3. extensions-19 - hashed truncated n-tuple with object identifier encapsulation directory storage hierarchy spec

Documenting release process
- All present agreed that a 1.0 release of the extensions repository should go forward, no pending actions
Moving extensions pull-requests forward
- We need to check if there are any significant language differences between extensions-16 and extensions-19
- Regarding extensions-19,
  - we should verify that the configuration validates against the included json-schema
  - do we agree that a new "json-schema" directory is the right location for new schema files?
- We need community review of extensions-17 by Jan 27th
