VOLUME 1=L * B * H = 1015=50cm^3

Mass=Density*Volume

=1.18*32.5

M =38.5g=0.038kg

Force=Mass*force due to gravity

=0.038*9.8

F =0.36N Torque=Force * Radius

= 0.36*0.2

T =0.072N-m Maximum torque=1.5*0.072

= 0.108N-m * 100 / 9.81 kg-cm

= 1.5kg-cm

Battery sizing

DC and stepper motor are used = 2 Load current used = 250mA Fos= 1.2 Required adapter is =22501.2 = 600mA @ 12V =2A

Voltage rating =12V.

Current rating = 250mA. After applying Fos as 1.2

Voltage rating = 12.

Current rating =600mA.

THEREFORE FOR OUR COURSE PROJECT WE ARE USING 12V,2A ADAPTER.
