Remove the labels from the toolbarbutton's
Give the hover of the buttons same style as in navbar
toolbarbutton dragging within toolbar work
When enter dragging mode use hand like Australis customize mode
When drag it should live move the toolbarbutton just like dragging tabs and stuff in customization
Dragging link from outside into toolbar work
