3. Enable Gmail API - NoSubstitute/userDelegationWebApp GitHub Wiki

With your project selected, scroll down and click Explore and enable APIs on the left side.

Click Enable APIs and services.

Search for, select and Enable Gmail API.

After Gmail API is enabled it moves over to the Overview page of Gmail API.

Click Create Credentials.
